We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Please provide us with the most accurate information when you submit your orders.

We will not be held responsible for items lost during the shipping process. It would be the carriers' responsibility once the package is shipped.

We will not be held responsible for damaged goods that may have incurred during dispatch. Quality check will be strictly ensured and performed before we sent out your orders.

Note** You may notice some of the apparels have a different brand name tags on them when you receive your goods because our goods are ordered directly from our suppliers/manufacturers. Most of these brand name clothes are often made outside of the retailers' countries and are imported then attached with their own brand tags which make their clothes more expensive. You will often see the place of manufactured labels are different from where the retailers' shops/brands are located as they are all imported goods. We order directly from the suppliers/manufacturers so it will carry a different brand tag, usually of the suppliers' and manufacturers'.
